In 2008, a year after Cpl. Charles O. Palmer II was killed in action, on May 5th of 2007, Teri Palmer Co-created "Cpl. Charles O. Palmer II Memorial Troop Support Program" with her late husband Charles (Chuck) O. Palmer I, her daughter and Son-in- Law Jeni & Caleb Kopp, son Jason Palmer and a handful of other amazing volunteers and family friends as a way to heal through helping others along the way.
Teri's heartbeat for others has carried the vision of MTSP for many years and she now looks forward to moving towards a more active role as a MTSP Volunteer as she transitions from Full Time MTSP Leadership in the near future. Until then she remains determined that MTSP is ready and available to Active Duty, Veterans, their Family Members and Supportive Communities near and far.
